Your base rental covers the container, delivery to your site, pickup, and a standard 7-day rental window with included tonnage that varies by dumpster size. Pricing starts at $360 for an 11-yard. If you exceed included weight, overage is $85 per ton; extending beyond 7 days is $15 per day — we explain all of this before you book.

How is junk removal priced?

We price by how much volume your items take in our truck — not by guessing over the phone. When we arrive, we confirm scope and pricing logic before we load, so there are no surprises when the job is done.

Are there extra fees?

We disclose access constraints, mattress or appliance surcharges, and any special handling before we schedule. If something changes on site, we communicate before proceeding.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Recurring job sites, property portfolios, and multi-service programs qualify for commercial and volume relationships. Start with a commercial account conversation and we will structure pricing to match your cadence.

What if I need to reschedule?

Call dispatch as soon as you know. We will move your window when capacity allows and confirm any pricing or logistics changes immediately — no penalty for honest communication.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. For many dumpsters, fencing, and toilets we can work from clear site instructions and photos. Junk removal usually needs someone on site to confirm scope; we will tell you which applies.

What happens to donated items?

Usable goods are sorted for Habitat for Humanity and local partners when possible. Eligible donation pickups include tax documentation within 14 business days.

Can I add services to an existing job?

Yes. One call to dispatch can add a swapout, extra fencing, toilets, or a junk load to an active account — we bundle logistics so you are not juggling vendors.
